The first SUSHI BOX can be found in a small alley in the up market Toorak Village, one of Australia’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. It is a famous “hole in the wall”. David Glasscock lived in the area for three years not long after it was opened and The Sushi Box became regular place to eat and was the best he ever tasted. Everyday customers waited in a queue for their sushi. People drove for miles to come to the store. David got to know the owner and one day offered to buy the business.
